I am a Management Consultant, previously employed by Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco.)  I graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering in 1980.  During my 27 years of service in Saudi Aramco, I traveled a number of career paths and held several influential management positions. I started my career as a junior civil engineer, working for Project Management Department, then a computer engineer, working for Engineering Services, and finally as a Performance Improvement Consultant,  reporting directly to the Vice

President of Engineering. In my last role, I led a number of performance improvement and career development initiatives, most notable was the implementation of the disciplines of Learning Organization. 


My personal mission is to inspire and empower people to live their highest vision in the context of sharing and support.   My commitment to this mission is evident in the numerous initiatives which I facilitated.  I designed and conducted numerous workshops to audiences ranging from newly-hired young professionals to employees occupying supervisory and management positions. I was a frequent guest speaker in several technical exchange meetings held by a number of local chapters of professional organizations, such as Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Project Management Institute (PMI) and Society of Civil Engineers.


I studied, practiced and promoted the teachings of a number of world’s renowned leaders in the field of personal and organizational development, namely Anthony Robbins, Jack Canfield, Steven Covey and business strategist Dr. Peter Senge, Author of “The Fifth Discipline.“
