Year-End Organizational Review

The year-end organizational review is an opportunity for the board and key staff to meet and reflect on the organization’s performance during the past year.  In this consulting area, I would work with you to ensure proper preparation for the review meeting.  I would also facilitate the meeting to ensure that the meeting remains on target.  The following key areas are usually covered during such event:

  1. Review of the score card

  2. Programs’ accomplishments  - Planned vs Actual

  3. What worked well and what needs improvement

  4. Financials – Budget vs Actual

  5. Reviews of planned goals and financials for the coming year
